FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I offer individual therapy for adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment difficulties, religious trauma, and related stressors. My work integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and Neurofeedback.
These evidence-based approaches allow us to process trauma at its root, strengthen emotional regulation, and retrain the nervous system. Therapy is tailored to your needs — whether that involves trauma reprocessing, parts work, practical coping strategies, or brain-based interventions.
What insurances do you take?
2
Current insurances accepted are OHP Open Card, Trillium OHP, PacificSource OHP, PacificSource Commercial, PacificSource Medicare Advantage, and Aetna.
In addition to the plans listed above, contracts are currently in progress with Providence, Moda, and Kaiser. Approval timelines vary by carrier and are not guaranteed. Please check back for updates or contact the office to confirm current network status.
What makes you different?
3
What makes my work different is the integration of trauma-focused therapy with brain-based interventions.
Many therapists primarily use talk therapy. While insight is important, unresolved trauma and nervous system dysregulation often require deeper processing. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and Neurofeedback to address both the psychological and neurological layers of distress.
This allows us not only to understand patterns — but to reprocess them, regulate the nervous system, and create lasting change.
